  4. What does a search consultant do?

1.    Our fee is payed by our client, the hiring entity.  Our fee structure and policy shall be detailed during the initial consultation and furnished in writing.   We will also advise on which search service, either retained or contingency will best serve your needs.

3.     It almost never hurts to listen.  However, we prefer that you approach the process with some degree of earnestness.  To achieve this you should first review your current situation, take a couple of days to do some "soul searching" and then decide whether or not you want to entertain change.  Sometimes the process will illuminate how well your current position is or is not serving you.  The prospect of change can be frightening, but one thing is certain about change...it will happen!
